Setting out from the old port on the island of Skiathos, we sail on a traditional khaik to discover the beauty of the northern part of the island. We go by Megas Gialos, an area often referred to in the novels of our great, late author, Alexandros Papadiamantis. We go on to the green blue water of Lalaria beach, accessible by boat only.

FALCON ELEONORA ELEONORA IS AN ENDANGERED SPECIES LIVING IN ALONISSOS GREEK ISLAND, IN THE SPORADES CLOSE TO SKOPELOS AND SKIATHOS ISLANDS BUT STILL A VIRGIN ISLAND AND UNSPOILED TOO.HERE SOMEONE CAN SEE THIS FALCON ATTACKING BATS AT THE SUNSET, WHICH IS THE BEST TIME FOR THE BATS TO ATTACK THE INSECTS,..AND FOR THE FALCONS TO ATTACK THE BATS.
We are sailing from Linaria, the port of the island of Skyros. Linaria is at a distance of 11.5 kilometers south of the capital of the island. We sail by the pine covered beach of Pefko and continue to Aghios Fokas and Atsitsa. Along the way we run into cormorants and seagulls as we view the surrounding volcanic isles and enjoy the unique natural beauty of the area.

We set out from Agnontas, the port of the island of Skopelos, to the beaches of Limnonari, Panormos, Linarakia and Antrines. We also visit Kastani, Megalo Pefko, Elias before returning to Antrines to taste some local specialties.

Factory Dimitra based in Thessaly.Little greek made trucks used for agricultural use.These little trucks still are in use in Alonissos greek island where the roads were not good enough, but now have much improved.These cars look now like boy's toys and in contrast we have added at the end of the presentation a little girl holding a dol.It could also be interpreted as the contrast between the past and the future.Today that the factory which produces these cars has closen,these types of cars can be considered as a collectors item.
"BOUKIA & SIHORIO"a very famous tv documentary with its extremely charismatic presentator Ilias Mamalakis,dedicated a fantastic tv episode about the beauties of the Alonissos island, and about its great culinary traditional recipies.With the great help and cooperation of the Alonissos island local inhabitants, this tv documentary was a success.Alonissos is a jewel in the middle of the "Big Blue"Aegean Sea.
At Aris plateau, the refuge of the horses of Skyros, we meet with Nikos Kritikos, who has dedicated his life to the protection of this rare greek type of horses. We get to see the horses in their natural environment, we learn about their way of life and the danger they often find themselves in. Later on we visit two farms.

The (Northern) Sporades are an archipelago along the east coast of Greece, northeast of the island of Euboea, in the Aegean Sea. It consists of 24 islands, of which five are inhabited: Alonissos, Skiathos, Skopelos, Peristera and Skyros.
